We will get back to you within 3 working days, probably sooner, with your complete costed and personalized itinerary. In order to secure the itinerary and price we quote, you must forward a deposit for each person travelling. At that point, your tour will be placed into operation and tee times and hotels will be confirmed. Deposits will vary depending on the length and complexity of the trip. Final payment of the balance due on your tour must be received by us not less than 60 days prior to the scheduled start of the tour. Note: Any confirmed reservations may be lost if this payment schedule is not adhered to.

Tour Cost
The prices shown for suggested itineraries described in this brochure are based on currency exchange rates and tariffs currently in effect and are subject to change. Customized itineraries are as in the written itinerary provided you. To secure a quoted price, Golf Links Ltd. must receive the required deposit within 14 days of the quotation.

Modifications
An administrative fee of $50 per modification will be incurred for all changes made by you, after your tour has been placed into operation. Certain non-refundable deposits and prepayments already made may also be lost.

Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be forwarded to Golf Links Ltd. in writing. Cancellation fees will be assessed to cover non-refundable charges made to Golf Links Ltd. in securing your reservations, including administrative costs. Cancellation fees will be made in accordance with the following schedule: 60 days or more prior to commencement of the tour, an administrative fee of $150 per person, plus any applicable, non-refundable deposits paid on your behalf will apply; 30-59 days prior to the commencement of the tour, 25% of the total land cost; 14-29 days prior to the commencement of the tour, 40% of the total land cost; 3-13 days prior to the commencement of the tour, 75% of the total land cost; within 3 days of commencement of the tour, no refund. Airline tickets will be affected by individual airline policy.

Cancellation, Luggage, & Accident Insurance
We strongly recommend for your own protection that you take out insurance to cover you in the case of a forced cancellation, loss or damage of luggage, personal injury, accident or illness, none of which Golf Links Ltd. can be liable for.

Car Rental Information
Rental cars are equipped with manual transmission. Cars with automatic transmission are available for a supplemental charge. Rental cars are picked up and returned at your arrival and departure airports. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and be over 21 years of age. Car rental rates do not include additional drivers or gasoline. Collision damage waiver and unlimited mileage is usually included.

Hotels
All quotations are made based on rooms with private bath at the hotels specified in this brochure. Should any hotel not be available, an alternate of similar standard will be offered. Superior and deluxe rooms are available for a supplementary charge in most hotels.

Price Quotations
All of our quotations are made to you in U.S. dollars and are subject to change, based on currency fluctuations and other rate increases beyond our control.

Your Tour Documents & Air Tickets
Approximately 3 weeks prior to your departure you will receive your travel document. Included will be your final itinerary with complete details of your tour, including those all important starting times, vouchers for each element of your tour (hotel stays, car rentals, green fees and other special arrangements), maps, sightseeing and other tourist information, luggage labels, and air tickets (if applicable).

Unused Tour Services
Tour services included in the tour packages which are not used are non-refundable. No refunds will be made for unused hotel accommodations, unused tee times, meals not taken, nor any other services not used due to flight delays, schedule changes or for any other reason.

Handicaps
Golf Links Ltd. requests all clients carry with them a current handicap certificate. Increasing numbers of golf courses require visiting players to be members of a recognized golf club and hold official handicaps. In some cases, certain maximum handicap restrictions apply. Golf Links Ltd. accepts no responsibility for clients refused golf due to non-compliance with any course's regulations.

Baggage
The airline baggage allowance is two bags per person, including a golf bag.

Responsibility
Golf Links Ltd. and/or its agents act only as agents for making arrangements for hotels, sightseeing tours, and transportation or any other service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members who by acceptance thereof, acknowledge that the sponsoring organization and/or its agents and suppliers shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act or default of any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing or rendering of services included in the tours. Further, the sponsoring organization and/or its agents accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, weather condition, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. Golf Links Ltd. reserves the right to change or substitute any service, and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time for any reason including insufficient number of participants. The sole responsibility of any airline used in any tour is that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the passenger ticket. Airlines and other carriers are not responsible for any act, omission or other event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances.
